By accessing or using FriendsOnly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FriendsOnly is a platform that allows users to create gift lists and receive gifts from friends for special occasions. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Gift credits are a virtual currency used to gift items on FriendsOnly. Gift credits are purchased with real money and are non-refundable. FriendsOnly takes a 10% platform fee on all gift credit purchases.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Do not share your password with others.
You may not use FriendsOnly for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, or to misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
FriendsOnly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FriendsOnly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Gift credits are virtual currency and are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical error resulting in a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact us within 7 days at support@friendsonly.io and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate. Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access and your monthly gifts until then. Unused gift credits from a cancelled subscription remain in your account and do not expire. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
